ABOUT US

At Personal Best Marathon Coaching, our primary focus is providing our athletes with the coaching and  individulized training program they need to achieve their goals. This means that every detail that matters in performance is monitored and adjusted based upon each individual's ability level, goals, progress, and target event. Our results speak for themselves -- every athlete that has joined our training group (including individuals that have come from other training programs) has seen significant improvement in their running ability and that translates into better performance, quicker recovery from events, and more enjoyment of the sport.
